Short Pre winter prevailing on bengal, Low threatening to winter.

Long time we are prevailing dry weather condition in west bengal region. Many people can freely say in Winter is came very early. But not Yet....
We Are confermly Declared that a it's not a proper Winter, it's pre winter.
This pre Winter condition will be prevailing some more days and then this winter like weather condition go away for few week. Because of a Low pressure Area develop over South East Bay of Bengal which is chance to more intensify further.
We are closely monitoring on bay of Bengal situation, because of Cyclone make possible over Bay of Bengal part in upcoming days.
So West bengal winter is now depending on this Bay weather condition.
Now dry and cold wind flow coming from north west direction. This reason West bengal face a pre wintry situation. For this reason minimum temperature of kolkata set up in 20°C. Sky is mostly clear. So other part of gangatic West
Bengal facing seasonal first cool and dry weather condition which is comfortable for people.
Past 24 hours maximum temperature and minimum temperature recorded in Alipure Kolkata 31°C and 21.2°C respectively. This weather condition will be continue in next 4 days.
