Now this week is the end of the year 2017. So now we are taking to say about new year eve special weather bulletin for west bengal and nebourhood areas.
But past few days minimum Temperature will not to rise up over than 15°C in Kolkata. In this Christmas minimum temperature was recorded 13.8°C, Which is lowest minimum temperature in this season in kolkata.
Other region of gangatic West bengal feel bitting of Winter, which is drop the minimum temperature near 10°C to 9°C in western district of gangatic West bengal.
North bengal facing foggy morning and low visibility in past few days. Not only north bengal, this fog Belt cover up the total region of utter pradesh, Bihar, North bengal, Northern Bangladesh, Some parts of jharkhand and Delhi also.
We are expecting this situation will be continue next 24 to 48 hours.
Because of a circulation over Bangladesh adjoining north eastern state of India, which is entering moisture in atmosphere of North bengal to utter pradesh.
But this situation will be change in next few days. So new year eve will be mostly enjoyable for all those people of north bengal.
But gangatic West bengal temperature will be rising litely but next few days Temperature will be record near 15°C to 16°C respectively in kolkata.
But system can be brewing over South east Bay of Bengal adjoining south Andaman sea as a Low pressure Area in next week. 
Now without no possibility of any western disterbance enter the north india in next couple of Days. So no snow fall possibility in northern state of India and Himachal Pradesh also.
But near 1st January a western disterbance chance to impact Northern state of India for those time we expect modarate snowfall possible all over northern state of India.  
So tourist of Himachal Pradesh, will be wait some more days for enjoy the snowfall.
Near the gangatic West bengal, Temperature not to be able to drop in next 3 days.
But new year eve minimum temperature will be drop likely near 14°C and enjoy the wintry night the people of kolkata.
Over all last few days in this year, weatger condition will be pleasant over our country.
