After extreme Summer days monsoon is now Knowing our door. SW monsoon has entered parts of Andaman and Niccober Island, Parts of SW Bay of Bengal, parts of east central bay of Bengal , Some parts of Srilanka and South east Arabian sea. We expected that SWM will further advanced and reach Kerala around 31 st May but condition is now going some delay of South West monsoon (Arabian branch) in 48 hours. But have chance further active South Westerly around 1st or 2nd June. We are expecting that South West monsoon reach Kerala and adjoining region around 3rd June. A Cyclonic circulation is located over parts of east central Arabian sea but the system could not fetch SWM ( Arabian branch). Around 3 rd June SWM will reach Kerala and adjoining South India. Monsoon will further advanced Parts of Karnataka , Goa and Southern Maharashtra & South India between 4th June to 11 th June. A fresh low pressure area will develop around 12/13 June in bay of Bengal. The system will may further intensify into a Well marked low pressure area and could intensify further and may reach Westbengal-Odisha coast/ Odisha coast / Westbengal coast between 15-18 June. Under the influence of above system SWM will entered Kolkata and Southbengal , Odisha and coastal Bangladesh between 13-19 June. For the reason of Low pressure area Arabian and Bay of Bengal branch will more active between Second half of Second week of June and 1st half of 3rd week of June. We are expecting that SWM will come North Bengal and North East India between 8-15 June.

উষ্ণ ও আর্দ্র কষ্টকর গরমের পর অবশেষে আসতে চলেছে বর্ষা। বর্ষা ইতিমধ্যেই আন্দামান নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জ, দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম বঙ্গোপসাগর ও পূর্ব মধ্য বঙ্গোপসাগরে প্রবেশ করেছে। কেরালায় মৌসুমী বায়ু ৩১ মে প্রবেশের কথা থাকলেও তা তিনদিন পিছোতে চলেছে। পূর্ব মধ্য আরবসাগরে একটি ঘূর্ণাবর্ত অবস্থান করছে কিন্তু সেটি দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম মৌসুমী বায়ুর আরবসাগরীয় শাখাকে টানতে পারবে না। তবে ১/২ জুন থেকে দক্ষিণ পশ্চিমা বাতাস সক্রিয় হতে চলেছে। এবং আশা করা যায় জুন মাসের ৩ তারিখ নাগাদ মৌসুমী বায়ু কেরালা ও সংলগ্ন এলাকায় প্রবেশ করতে পারে। এবং পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে আরবসাগর শাখা আরো সক্রিয় হয়ে ৪-১১ জুনের মধ্যে কর্নাটক, গোয়া, মহারাষ্ট্র ও দক্ষিণ ভারতে প্রবেশ করতে পারে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে মৌসুমী বায়ু প্রবেশ করার জন্য দরকার বঙ্গোপসাগরে কোনো নিম্নচাপ। আশা করা যাচ্ছে ১২/১৩ জুনের আশেপাশে বঙ্গোপসাগরে একটি নিম্নচাপের সম্ভাবনা তৈরি হচ্ছে। যা পরবর্তীতে শক্তিবৃদ্ধি করে সুষ্পষ্ট নিম্নচাপে পরিণত হবার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। এবং পরবর্তীতে আরো শক্তিশালী হয়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ-ওড়িশা, ওড়িশা বা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ উপকূলের দিকে সরে আসতে পারে ১৫-১৯ জুনের মধ্যে। এই নিম্নচাপের প্রভাবে কলকাতা সহ দক্ষিণবঙ্গে, ওড়িশায় ১৫-১৯ জুনের মধ্যে মৌসুমী বায়ু প্রবেশের সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। এছাড়া উত্তরবঙ্গ ও উত্তর পূর্ব ভারতে ৮-১৫ জুনের মধ্যে মৌসুমী বায়ু প্রবেশের সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
